Ai xử lý dữ liệu của bạn

NPV Franchise Academy (franchise.nguyenphivan.com) do Go Global Holdings cùng Nguyễn Phi Vân vận hành. Hai bên là bên kiểm soát thông tin cá nhân bạn gửi trên trang này. Mọi câu hỏi về trang này, xin gửi tới privacy@nguyenphivan.com.

Chúng tôi thu thập gì và để làm gì

Chúng tôi chỉ thu những gì biểu mẫu hỏi:

• Đăng ký khoá học và bản tin — họ tên, email (và số điện thoại nếu biểu mẫu có hỏi). Dùng để cấp quyền học, gửi tài liệu/chứng nhận và gửi bản tin nếu bạn đồng ý.
• Khảo sát sẵn sàng nhượng quyền — họ tên, email, điện thoại, tên công ty, tên thương hiệu, website, số điểm bán, các liên kết mạng xã hội và câu trả lời khảo sát. Dùng để tính kết quả, gửi kết quả và tư vấn cho bạn. Website và mạng xã hội bạn nhập có thể được hệ thống kiểm tra tự động xem có truy cập được không.
• Liên hệ — thông tin bạn điền và nội dung tin nhắn. Dùng để trả lời bạn.
• Trợ lý Lumi — nội dung bạn gõ vào khung trò chuyện, dùng để trả lời câu hỏi của bạn.
• Ngôn ngữ giao diện — để chúng tôi trả lời đúng ngôn ngữ bạn đang dùng.

Các biểu mẫu không hỏi giấy tờ tùy thân, số thẻ thanh toán hay dữ liệu nhạy cảm. Xin đừng nhập những thông tin đó vào ô tin nhắn.

Sự đồng ý của bạn

Biểu mẫu có hai ô đồng ý riêng, mặc định chưa tích. Ô thứ nhất là bắt buộc: cho phép chúng tôi xử lý thông tin để liên hệ, tư vấn và xử lý đúng yêu cầu đó. Ô thứ hai không bắt buộc: cho phép gửi bản tin, tài liệu và thông tin về cơ hội nhượng quyền qua email. Khi bạn tích, chúng tôi lưu đúng câu chữ bạn đã thấy, phiên bản câu chữ, ngôn ngữ và thời điểm.

Rút lại đồng ý

Bạn có thể rút lại bất kỳ sự đồng ý nào vào bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách viết tới privacy@nguyenphivan.com, hoặc bấm link huỷ đăng ký trong email bản tin.

Dữ liệu được lưu ở đâu, ai xem được

Dữ liệu biểu mẫu được lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu Supabase (PostgreSQL) và hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu Wix của chúng tôi; trang web chạy trên Vercel; email được gửi qua dịch vụ gửi thư Resend; trợ lý Lumi dùng dịch vụ AI của Anthropic để soạn câu trả lời. Chỉ những thành viên Go Global Holdings phụ trách tư vấn và hỗ trợ học viên mới xem được dữ liệu. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn.

Lưu giữ bao lâu

Dữ liệu đăng ký và khảo sát được giữ trong thời gian bạn còn học hoặc còn trao đổi với chúng tôi và tối đa 24 tháng sau đó. Đăng ký bản tin được giữ tới khi bạn huỷ. Sau đó chúng tôi xoá hoặc gỡ mọi thông tin nhận diện.

Quyền của bạn

Bạn có quyền xin bản sao dữ liệu, yêu cầu sửa, xoá, hoặc phản đối một cách sử dụng cụ thể. Viết tới privacy@nguyenphivan.com; chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 30 ngày. Tại Việt Nam, các quyền này theo pháp luật về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân; tại EU/Vương quốc Anh theo GDPR.

Cookie và đo lường

Trang dùng cookie cần thiết để hoạt động, ghi nhớ ngôn ngữ và tiến độ học, và công cụ đo lường lượt truy cập (PostHog) để biết trang nào hữu ích. Chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo trên trang này.

Thay đổi

Nếu thay đổi cách xử lý dữ liệu, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày ở đầu trang. Thay đổi quan trọng về đồng ý nhận marketing sẽ được hỏi lại, không mặc định.

Who handles your data

NPV Franchise Academy (franchise.nguyenphivan.com) is operated by Go Global Holdings together with Nguyen Phi Van. Both act as the controllers of the personal information you submit on this site. Questions about this page: privacy@nguyenphivan.com.

What we collect, and why

• Course and newsletter sign-up — your name, email (and phone where the form asks). Used to give you access, send materials/certificates and, if you agree, the newsletter.
• Franchise readiness survey — name, email, phone, company, brand, website, number of outlets, social links and your survey answers. Used to calculate and send your result and to advise you. The website and social links you enter may be checked automatically to see whether they are reachable.
• Contact — the details and message you enter. Used to answer you.
• Lumi assistant — what you type in the chat, used to answer your question.
• Interface language — so we reply in the language you were using.

We do not ask for identity documents, payment card numbers or any special category of data. Please do not put such details in a free-text message.

Your consent

Forms ask for consent in two separate tick boxes, neither ticked in advance. The first is required: it lets us process your information to contact you, advise you and handle that specific request. The second is optional: newsletters, resources and franchise opportunity updates by email. When you tick a box we store the exact wording you were shown, its version, the language and the time.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw either consent at any time by writing to privacy@nguyenphivan.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.

Where your data is stored and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database and our Wix data system; the site is hosted on Vercel; emails are sent through the Resend email service; the Lumi assistant uses Anthropic's AI service to draft replies. Only the Go Global Holdings team members who advise and support learners can see the data. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Registration and survey data are kept while you are learning or in conversation with us and for up to 24 months afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. After that we delete the record or strip it of anything that identifies you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a particular use. Write to privacy@nguyenphivan.com; we respond within 30 days. In Vietnam these rights follow the personal data protection law; in the EU/UK they follow the GDPR.

Cookies and measurement

We use the cookies needed for the site to work and to remember your language and learning progress, and a traffic measurement tool (PostHog) to see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to marketing consent will be asked for again rather than assumed.

• 联系表单——您填写的信息与留言，用于回复您。
• Lumi 助手——您在对话框输入的内容，用于回答您的问题。
• 界面语言——以便用您使用的语言回复。

您的同意

表单设有两个独立勾选框，默认均未勾选。第一个为必选：允许我们处理您的信息以联系您、提供咨询并处理该请求。第二个为可选：通过邮件接收通讯、资料及加盟机会信息。勾选时，我们会保存您看到的原文、版本、语言与时间。您可随时发邮件至 privacy@nguyenphivan.com 或点击通讯中的退订链接撤回同意。

存储、保留与您的权利

数据存储于我们的 Supabase（PostgreSQL）数据库与 Wix 数据系统，网站托管于 Vercel，邮件经 Resend 发送，Lumi 助手使用 Anthropic 的 AI 服务生成回复。仅负责咨询与学员支持的 Go Global Holdings 成员可查看数据；我们不出售您的数据。报名与调查数据在您学习或与我们沟通期间及其后最长 24 个月内保留，通讯订阅保留至您退订。您可要求获取副本、更正、删除或反对特定用途，我们将在 30 天内答复。本站使用必要 Cookie 与流量统计工具（PostHog），不使用广告 Cookie。
